How do you ensure the freshness of your products during shipping?

All temperature-sensitive items, such as unpasteurized beers and natural wines, are packed in insulated liners with cold packs to maintain optimal quality during transit.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled bottles?

If you believe a bottle is flawed or corked, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We offer a full refund or exchange provided the bottle is returned with at least 75% of its contents.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Since we sell alcoholic beverages, an adult over the age of 21 must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package upon delivery.
