Crafted from fruit from a low yielding, high altitude upper Yarra Valley vineyards. 75% of the fruit went through whole berry fermentation and 25% went through carbonic maceration. 

Aromatics of red fruits and blue fruit flowers with flavours of ripe red fruits, blueberries, blue plums and hints of black fruits. A silky, vibrant, juicy and beautifully structured example of this fascinating varietal.
