A beautiful, small-batch release with only 100 dozen produced. Sourced from 30-plus-year-old vines just west of the Wilimee estate, this Chardonnay is wild-fermented in French oak barriques (20% new) and undergoes full malolactic fermentation. After 11 months of maturation, the result is an opulent, open-knitted wine displaying generous white and yellow stone fruits lifted by a bright touch of lemon zest. Lightly filtered and vegan-friendly, it is incredibly easy-drinking and perfectly paired with a classic roast chicken or rich pasta dish.
