A very easy-drinking, maritime warm-climate Cabernet that punches well above its weight. Crafted mostly from very old bush vines, this vibrant wine delivers a core signature of blackcurrant and aromatic violets. The juicy palate is loaded with dark cherry and mulberry, subtly lifted by a touch of dried sage and the cooling freshness of spearmint. Basket pressed and oak-matured, the tannins are wonderfully fine, polished, and totally delicious.
