Garage Project Hapi Sessions: Many Moons Sgl
The Wellington hop wizards at Garage Project have teamed up with Manchester’s masters of haze, Track Brewing Co., to unleash Many Moons as part of their brilliant Hāpi Sessions. This incredibly vibrant Hazy Session Pale Ale proves you do not need a massive ABV to deliver spectacular hop saturation. It pours a beautifully matte, glowing pale straw gold that is completely opaque with a fluffy white foam crown. On the nose, it hits you with a highly expressive aromatic payload of sweet orange zest, passionfruit icing, and sun ripened stone fruit. The palate is beautifully light-bodied and remarkably pillowy, utilizing a modern blend of new Hāpi Research hop NZ02, Freestyle Peacharine, and Rakau to layer rich, juicy fruit oils over a soft wheat backbone. Finishing exceptionally clean and refreshing, it is a world-class sessionable crusher.
