The colour of this Montepulciano is through the roof, which is not unexpected considering the variety! Fermented in old French oak using natural yeast, this small-batch wine is rich in colour, flavour, and life. The nose is super interesting and complex, with tones of soy sauce, glazed cherries, menthol, and a plethora of herbs and spices. The palate is rich, with nice, short tannins, good structure, and length. We love this wine!
