Hand-harvested and aged extensively (spending at least 24 months in small barrels and barriques, followed by another 8 months in the bottle before release), it displays a beautiful garnet colour with brick-orange reflections. The aromatics are deeply complex, offering spicy, ethereal fragrances with delicate vanilla and floral undertones. Full-bodied, dry, and velvety, it finishes exceptionally long. A masterpiece for roasting, game, or the cellar.
