Brachetto has comeback as an entrée wine, with cured meats or even spicy foods and some desserts. Shows freshness and zip, with a nice savoury finish. Bera Brachetto is made from the aromatic red variety of the same name. This frizzante undergoes fermentation using the Charmat method and is macerated with the skins for about six hours. The result is an alluring rosy colored wine with delicate bubbles and buoyantly fruity notes.
