Made in the Méthode Traditionnelle, it boasts a firm, fine mousse and a beautifully composed character. The highly expressive nose reveals notes of white flowers, vineyard peaches, toast, and almonds. The palate is long, elegant, and creamy, with ripe, harmonious flavours of apple and pear.
