This is an extremely limited Gamay Noir from the Sanskrit collection, a truly supple and articulate red that sings "the song of the nightingale." Made with a refreshing acidity, this wine undergoes a whole bunch wild ferment with traditional pigeage, before being matured in seasoned demi-muid. The result is a light red bursting with notes of cascading wisteria flowers, wild raspberry, cherry, and pink peppercorn spice. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with perfect natural balance.
