Floating is a hazy DIPA that takes a bold swing at what a modern IPA can be. Brewed with liquid Phantasm™ straight outta New Zealand, this one’s all about big tropical energy—passionfruit, white wine vibes, and honeydew melon on blast. The hop combo is just as dialed: Garston Alpine-Motueka™, Freestyle Peacharine™, and Taiheke bring layers of citrus, stone fruit, and floral punch. It’s all fermented with the house hazy yeast and a minimal water profile to let the hops shine. Flavour-wise, think sauv blanc spritzers, passionfruit dessert sauce, and citrusy candy bombs. It’s juicy, soft, and a little bit cheeky—exactly what you'd want from a haze-forward DIPA with Kiwi roots. Another step in the crew’s ongoing mission to keep pushing the IPA game forward.
