We've been having a blast leaning into the Cali IPA style! This one was built to feel light, snappy, and joyfully drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Hopped throughout with Riwaka, Citra, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin, the ferment was kept clean and lively, letting bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape ride on a bright, spritzy frame. It lands crisp and fresh, with just enough bitterness to pull you back in. Easy to sip, hard to put down.
