Medium red with lifted cherry, raspberry, mint, thyme and hints of white pepper. Made for maximum enjoyment as a young wine, the focus is the vibrant/juicy fruit. Flavours include raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry and red skin notes. The mid weight tannins from the thick skins of the Tempranillo add a textural element to the wine endearing it to food. It could also be slightly chilled for balmy summer evening drinks.
