This is a wonderfully spicy and textural rosé, made in a Méthode Naturel style by Danish winemaker Uffe Deichmann. Mourvedre and Grenache are pressed directly to concrete eggs and aged on full lees for five months, creating complexity. This isn’t a simple summer sipper; it has beautiful structure, a savoury body, and a clean minerality that makes it incredibly food-worthy.
