Hibernation was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bracket Brewing during their winter ‘hibernation’ while they were moving their brewery from one location to another. Baltic Porter is a style that we have a shared love for, combining big complex dark malt and chocolate flavours with the smoothness of a cold fermentation with lager yeast. Perfect for warming you up during your winter hibernation on the couch!
