Rose Wine, Cute Block, Barossa Valley
Mourvedre fruit sourced from our Vine Vale Cute Block site on the valley floor, Grenache fruit a new welcomed additional to La Adelaine line. Biodynamic Cinsault from infamous Wayne at Smallfry Wines. All fruit was handpicked, raced back to the winery with Mataro and Grenache destemmed and immediately pressed. Cinsault whole bunch pressed to give the Rose Wine a little extra stalk tannin. All juice presed to chilled settlkng tank and racked off solids after 24 hours. Part barrel fermented in a neutral Rose Mother French oak puncheons and in stainless steel tank. All components racked off fine and malo lees when dry to minimise lees contact, then bended and cold stabilised.

Minimal sulphur added on bottling, not fining or filtration.
