Amber is a blended, barrel aged Australian Wild Ale. Amber Blend #36 is a blend of five barrels - 1754 (14 month old Amber), 1717 (15 month old Amber), 1764 (17 month old Amber), 1747 (9 month old Amber) and 1720 (6 month old Amber).  A blend of five barrels aged 14, 15, 17, 9 and 6 months. This latest blend has a beautiful sweet nose of soft caramel, malt and toasted bread. It’s enveloping, with warm oak and brown spices. A palate lined with sweet raisins, vanilla and cocoa. It’s full and complex, nutty and malty with a firm oak spice complementing the classic Amber acidity.
