A cheeky nod to the English Men’s Test Cricket side, Moral Victory is a brilliant collaboration with Cheltenham's DEYA Brewing. It acts as a Southern Hemisphere replication of DEYA's stalwart Steady Rolling Man Pale Ale. Leaning heavily into a Motueka-forward recipe, it is fermented entirely with Wildflower’s native NSW house culture of foraged yeast and bacteria. After spending 9 months maturing in 500-litre puncheons, the result is a beautifully complex, organically grown mixed-culture pale ale that perfectly bridges the UK and Australia.
