This year‘s White-ish is Fiano from Hilltops NSW with a pinch of skin contact - a combination of directly pressed fruit, and some sun-blushed late picked whole bunches carbonically macerated in a tank for about 10 days.
The result is a refreshing, zingy, floral light skinsy wine that looks like a springtime dream.

As with all our wines, this wine is made from grapes only with no additives whatsoever. It is carefully made by hand with no big machinery and laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
