Perhaps their riskiest winemaking endeavor yet, and it absolutely paid off. This textural orange wine is a massive co-ferment of Zibibbo, Riesling, Vermentino, and Fronti Blanc, all crushed and left on skins for 22 days in a large, open concrete tank. The result is a beautiful, vibrant orange hue and an incredibly smashable, skinsy, and refreshing flavour profile.
