Stainless ferment. Aged in neutral French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation. Made in an anaerobic environment to retain the finer aromatics and freshness. The Chardonnay is a pale-straw, generous wine with notes of pear, peach and stonefruit, as well as some classic buttery secondary characters. It also has a strong, refreshing acid line, carrying it through for a long finish. Unfined & Vegan
