After seven months fermenting on skins, our Sauvignon Blanc was then pressed to naturally settle before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
Textural, complex, soothing. Showcasing passionfruit and gooseberry characters typical of the variety, but backed up with texture. A wine giving complexity and acid crunch, suitable to complement both delicate and fatty dishes.
